RESPONSE TIME: A field representative contacts customers within thirty minutes of receipt of call. On-site service to emergency requests is provided within two hours of receipt of call.

SUPPLY DELIVERY: Supply orders will be delivered with in 48 hours or less of receipt of order. Same-day pick-up is available from the warehouse.

REPAIR LOANERS: Repair loaners are available at no charge if an inoperable machine cannot be repaired within 24 hours of receipt of call.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE: If, at any time during the agreement or the first three years of ownership a machine fails and cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a like model free of charge.

KEY OPERATOR TRAINING: On-going training is encouraged. Machabee Business Equipment will provide this service at no charge.
